Grosvenor delivers award-winning customer service

As fleets face a growing range of challenges, the role of trusted suppliers that consistently put customers first is becoming ever-more important.

Grosvenor Leasing, the UK’s biggest privately-owned car and van leasing company, is the proud current holder of the Business Car Award for Best Customer Service, which recognises our dedication to providing the support and expertise that keeps companies on the move, whatever their need.

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to personal service and developing a deep understanding of individual businesses. We achieve this through direct customer contact; we don’t rely on call centres, which fosters close working relationships and ensures our teams really know your business.

This unshakeable foundation supports success as we build a fleet strategy together that serves your unique requirements.

Our team members are trained to be proactive and think independently because they know your business best. They are further empowered through our investment in technology. Process automation manages repetitive business tasks, while our expert team is focused on resolving your more complex challenges.

This underpinned by our unique OSCAR 365 fleet management platform, which continues to be developed in-house.

Our internal software engineers can develop solutions to meet individual customer needs, including the delivery of bespoke insights and updates to get the best from your fleet data.

This resource is providing vital support during the transition to electric vehicles for both cars and vans.

Supporting EV transition
Our EV transition consultancy service 0Zone has been leading fleet transformation for more than five years, with its expert guidance meaning that more than 80% of Grosvenor’s new car orders have zero-emission capability, 50% higher than the leasing industry average, while our customers have halved their overall CO2 emissions on average.

As the transition gathers pace, we are touring the country with roadshows and roundtables to engage directly with fleets and drivers, ensuring electrification goes smoothly and key questions are answered.

Feedback from our engagement also drives innovation. For example, our electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme has been enhanced to include home chargers, and is available to employees regardless of whether they have a car through the service.

Our innovative new funding solution EValuate can also be provided through salary sacrifice. It creates a more cost-conscious entry point to decarbonisation for businesses by offering two to three-year-old electric vehicles over flexible lease periods. Offered with flexible hire terms, from one month to three years, EValuate enables companies to create their own journey to EV transition.

Powering your fleet future
While innovation is a key part of preparing fleets for the future, we recognise the importance of traditional skills for operating an efficient, effective, and compliant fleet. Our specialist practical advice drives down your fleet costs, minimises risks and reduces downtime.

Whatever fuel powers your company vehicles, our personalised support is designed to deliver the results you need in a changing business landscape.
